1. Course Access and Usage

  • Access to the course is granted upon full payment and is non-transferable.

  • Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials or course materials.

2. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in AUD.

  • Payments are processed securely via [Stripe and PayPal].

  • Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course content is the intellectual property of Suns Out Skates Out.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

  • Users must engage respectfully in all course-related communications.

  • Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • Suns Out Skates Out is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from course participation.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the course constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Terms & Conditions for Online Roller Skating Courses

By booking or participating in any class, workshop, or event with Suns Out Skates Out, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These may be updated at any time without notice.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • All bookings must be made through official channels (website, social media, or direct contact).

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • No spots will be held without payment.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the term, workshop, or event has started, unless in exceptional cases at the discretion of Suns Out Skates Out.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Term Programs

  • You may reschedule up to two missed classes per term, by attending another Learn to Skate session within the same term (subject to availability).

  • This does not apply to Dance Skate, workshops, or special events.

Workshops & Special Events

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

  • No rescheduling or credit is available for cancellations made with less than 48 hoursā€™ notice.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

  • If a class is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduled session or credit will be offered.

  • Refunds are not provided in these situations.

Force Majeure

  • Suns Out Skates Out is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, illness, or government restrictions.

3. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join, depending on the session and instructor discretion.

  • Missed classes due to late arrival or no-show will not be refunded or credited.

4. HEALTH, SAFETY & MEDICAL

  • All skaters must wear appropriate safety gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads) during all sessions.

  • Participation is at your own risk. Suns Out Skates Out is not liable for any injuries sustained during or after participation.

  • It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional before starting any physical activity.

  • Please advise the instructor of any medical condition, injury, or concern before class begins.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Some classes have minimum age requirements (as noted in the class descriptions). Adults classes are 18+ years and over.

  • For minors, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required to participate.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Respectful and kind behavior is expected from all participants at all times.

  • Any disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the class without a refund.

  • Suns Out Skates Out reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Roller skating is a physical activity that comes with inherent risks such as falls, collisions, and injuries.

  • By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including those that may result from the negligence of Suns Out Skates Out or its staff.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

  • While we aim to provide high-quality instruction and support, individual progress depends on many factors.

  • We do not guarantee any specific skill level, progress, or outcomes.

9. INDEMNITY

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suns Out Skates Out, its instructors, team members, and affiliates against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or actions.

10. MEDIA RELEASE

  • By participating, you agree to allow Suns Out Skates Out to use photos and videos taken during the session for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).

  • If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify your instructor before class begins.

11. PERSONAL PROPERTY

  • Suns Out Skates Out is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to sessions.

12. LIABILITY WAIVER

  • You release Suns Out Skates Out, its instructors, and any associated parties from liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims that may occur during or after your participation in any class or event.

13. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

14. PARENTAL CONSENT FOR MINORS

  • Parents or guardians must complete a consent form for any participant under the age of 18.

  • By signing or booking on behalf of a child, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here.
