If you've had a fall and you're feeling nervous about getting back on your roller skates, give yourself a little time — but don't let one fall be the reason you stop skating altogether.
You haven't suddenly forgotten how to skate.
You don't need to be back where you were in one session.
And you definitely don't need to feel 100% confident before you put your skates back on.
Start small. Choose something familiar. Give yourself a chance to have a good experience on your skates again.
