Tracey communicated really well before the class, patiently answering my questions via email and was really helpful. These qualities carried over to the actual class as well. Tracey was warm and welcoming. Tracey was a very good teacher, demonstrating the moves and giving individual support to those who needed it in the class. Tracey was able to meet the needs of all different levels in the class, from complete beginners like myself and my young twin daughters, to the more advanced in the class. Both of my daughters asked if we could come back for another lesson - now that says something !
